She's Ours!!!

We finally got word last week that a judge heard our case in India and granted us the great privilege of being Varha's parents.
We are over the moon and now just have to wait for her passport to be issued and we are on our way to India.
Timeframe looks like 4 weeks.
And now the important part. Presenting Varsha Hope Phillips. Forever our daughter.

Timeline

~May 11th- Start a homestudy. Leave office with no idea of what country.

~June 24th- Build a wall creating a new room for a child.

~June 27th- Find an Indian Princess on the Reece's Rainbow site.

~July 5th- Found out this Princess is still available.

~July 8th- Received information and a picture of our Princess

~July 23rd- Formally contacted Dillon to move forward with our adoption.

~August 2nd- Mailed App 1 to Dillon.

~August 19th- Clarify HS format and receive App 2

~October 8th- Finally mail in our App 2 to Dillon, start planning our first fundraier.

~October 23 and November 6th Parents in Process Class

~November 15th First Fundraiser Spaghetti Dinner

~December 1st Homestudy is finally approved by Dillon

~January 16th Apply for I800a

~March 9th Fingerprinting Appointment

~June 2nd Dossier Sent to Dillon

~July 5th New Guidelines Released ??? Timeline???

~July 21st Receive Article 5 Approval

~August 20th Dossier Sent to CARA
~October 25th Grant Received
~November 14th NOC Issued
?Guardianship Issued
?Passport Complete
?Leave For India
?FINALLY HAVE VARSHA FOREVER
